A: We’re nestled in the piney woods of East Texas, just outside Hallsville — about 2 miles north of Interstate Highway 80. Our property offers a peaceful country setting close to Longview, making it easy to relax, unwind, and still reach local shops and dining within minutes.
Q: Do you offer full hookups for RVs?
A: Yes. Every RV site includes full hookups with water, sewer, and 30/50-amp electrical service.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Absolutely. We’re pet-friendly and love when guests bring their furry travel companions. We just ask that pets remain leashed and that owners clean up after them to keep the park pleasant for everyone.
Q: Do you offer long-term stays?
A: We welcome extended stays for guests who want to enjoy the peace of East Texas a little longer. Our stays are designed for travelers and seasonal visitors, with a maximum limit of up to 60 days unless otherwise approved in writing.
Q: What are your check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 1:00 PM. Early arrivals or late departures may be available upon request and approval.
Q: Is Wi-Fi available?
A: At this time, we do not offer Wi-Fi. Guests are encouraged to bring their own mobile hotspots or enjoy the opportunity to disconnect and unwind.
Q: Are campfires allowed?
A: Yes, campfires are welcome in designated fire rings. Please never leave fires unattended and ensure they’re fully extinguished before leaving your site.
Q: Are there laundry or shower facilities on-site?
A: Yes. Laundry facilities are available on-site for guest use, along with clean and private shower areas for comfort and convenience.
